Preston M. Tulay is a Liberian American with a strong academic and professional background in Information Communication Technology. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Howard University and a Master of Science in Applied Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Preston has a wealth of professional experience in ICT and has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in both Ghana and Liberia. Additionally, he has contributed as a United Nations Volunteer in Timor-Leste. His passion lies in international development, education, and training, utilizing appropriate technology to make a meaningful impact.
