Carter Center in Grand Gedeh Trains 18 More Mental Health Workers

Eighteen health workers have begun training in child and adolescent mental health at the Deanna Kay Isaacson School of Midwifery in Zwedru, sponsored by the Carter Center Mental Health Program.  The program graduated its first class of general mental health clinicians in 2011.  There are now 268 mental health clinicians throughout Liberia, with another 120 to be added by 2021.
