Liberians from all regions of the world will gather to discuss collaboration among diaspora organizations, relief groups, and related non-governmental organizations to improve the Liberian economy by empowering women. Conference Chairman John F. Lloyd announced the agenda will also include discussions of dual citizenship, immigration protection for Liberians in the U.S. and the issue of war crimes.
