The chief of Massamai in Voinjama District of Lofa County, David Korvah, praised residents for using their own talent and resources to build the new town hall. At the February 11 dedication he said: “Today, we are grateful to God for this self-help initiative which has sent a message of unity to the entire world, and we are proud to be called Massamai citizens united for development.”
