Pilot Faculty Workshop – January 2020
The pilot faculty workshop was completed in January, 2020, at Phebe School of Nursing, Bong County. Faculty members from 20 schools of nursing and midwifery in Liberia attended the pilot week-long Continuing Professional Development (CPD) workshop and shared what they learned with their colleagues at their institutions.
The five workshop instructors were all graduates of the Mother Patern Colle of Health Sciences MSN in Nursing Education program. The workshop focused on Evidence-Based Nursing, Research, Testing and Evaluation, Leadership and Management.
