Rural health facilities outside urban electric power grids lack the resources to operate electricity generators to power lights and equipment. To mitigate this problem, the Liberia National Red Cross Society has installed solar panel arrays at ten primary health care facilities in Margibi, Bomi, and Montserrado counties.
