Hopes are high that the two year old project to rebuild the Timbo River Bridge will be completed before independence celebrations on July 26. Sand miners who undermined pilings of the old bridge will be kept away from the new bridge, according the Grand Bassa County Superintendent, Janjay Baikpen.
The contract signed in 2017 with Jupiter Construction Company also includes rebuilding the Cestos River Bridge and the Sanquehn Bridge.
