Shangyou Wood Industrial Development Company’s rubberwood mill faces a challenge reaching full production capacity because enough skilled manpower can’t be found to run the equipment. The company employs almost 300 Liberians, including 69 women, mostly at its lumber mill in Lower Montserrado County.
