Newly Trained Operators Open Four Rice Mills in Southeast Region

Operation of 18 ton per day rice mills has begun in Grand Kru, Grand Gedeh, Maryland, and River Gee counties.  The Smallholder Agricultural Productivity Enhancement and Commercialization Project (SAPEC) provided the mills at $65,000 each and Africa Rice provided training to the first 22 mill operators and managers.
